Digidukan (operated by KwikDukan Solution Private Limited) collects personal data such as name, email, phone number, and shop address for account creation, order processing, GST invoicing, and improving the app experience. We also collect device-specific information (device model, OS version, app version) and app usage data (screens viewed, actions taken) for analytics and crash reporting.

The data we collect is used to provide and improve our services, process orders, schedule deliveries, generate GST-compliant invoices, manage your wallet and credit ledger, and offer personalized product recommendations. It also helps us resolve customer support queries effectively and comply with applicable tax and commercial laws in India.

Digidukan uses the device microphone only when you explicitly tap the voice search button. Your spoken query is streamed to our voice-recognition partner (Deepgram) for real-time transcription into a text search query. Audio is not stored on our servers and is not used for any purpose beyond transcribing your current search. The microphone is never accessed in the background or without your explicit action.

Digidukan requests access to your device location only when you set or update a delivery address. We use your approximate and precise location (when you grant permission) to auto-fill your delivery address, verify delivery serviceability for your area, and show estimated delivery times. Location is never tracked in the background. You can deny location permission and enter your address manually at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted service providers required to operate our service: PhonePe (payments), Fast2SMS (OTP and transactional SMS), Resend (transactional email), Cloudinary (product image hosting), Deepgram (voice-to-text transcription for voice search), and our delivery and logistics partners. We may also disclose data when required by Indian law, court order, or to enforce our terms of service.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest, JWT-based authentication, and access controls to protect your data. While we strive to ensure maximum security, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Users should also take steps to safeguard their account credentials and device.

You have the right to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time. Requests can be made through the app's account settings or by contacting customer support at admin@digidukan.shop. Account deletion can also be initiated from inside the app under Account → Delete Account; on confirmation, your account and associated personal data are deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by Indian tax or commercial laws.

Our web app uses cookies and similar storage (localStorage, secure cookies) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and improve performance. Users can manage or disable cookies through their browser or device settings, though this may impact app functionality.

Digidukan is a B2B service intended for business owners and registered traders. The service is not directed at users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
