Shipping and Delivery Policy
Digidukan delivers construction materials from our own darkstore in Jaipur, operated by KwikDukan Solution Private Limited. This page explains how that works, what it costs, and when we run.

Delivery Timeline
Your order is picked and delivered from our own darkstore in Jaipur, not shipped through a courier. During business hours most orders reach you within the hour of being confirmed. Timing can vary with traffic, weather and the size of the order, so treat it as the standard we work to rather than a guarantee.
Delivery Areas
We deliver across our service areas in Jaipur. Serviceability for your address is confirmed when you set your delivery location, and you will be told before you pay if we cannot reach you. Large bulk orders may take longer depending on quantity and destination.
Order Processing
Orders are confirmed immediately and picked at the darkstore straight away. You receive SMS and email updates as your order is packed and dispatched, and you can follow its status in the app.
Shipping Charges
Free delivery on orders above ₹3,000, counted on your cart value including GST. A standard delivery charge of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹3,000. There is no minimum order value.
Business Hours
Regular deliveries available Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Limited delivery service on Sundays. Emergency deliveries only on public holidays.
Special Handling
Items over 50 kg need a special arrangement, so tell us in advance if your order includes them. Fragile items are handled with extra care at no additional cost, and bulk orders can be scheduled for a time that suits your shop.
Failed Deliveries
Three delivery attempts will be made. Orders return to the darkstore after failed attempts, and we will contact you to reschedule.
Delivery Verification
OTP verification is required at delivery and digital proof of delivery is recorded. You are welcome to check the goods at the door, and our delivery staff are trained to handle stock with care.
