Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Digidukan platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our platform.
Eligibility to Use
To use Digidukan, you must be at least 18 years old and using the platform for business purchases. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
Product Information and Availability
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all items listed will always be in stock or match the exact descriptions. Availability is subject to change without prior notice.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. You can pay by UPI through our payment partner PhonePe, or choose cash on delivery. Online payments are completed before the order is dispatched, and cash on delivery is collected when your order reaches you.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the specified timeframe. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.
Damaged Item Replacement Policy
We do not accept change-of-mind cancellations once an order has been delivered. If an item arrives damaged, send us photos of the damaged item on WhatsApp and we will arrange a replacement, usually delivered within a day. Replacement is offered for damaged items only.
Warranty and Repairs
Products sold on Digidukan may come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer. Digidukan is not responsible for warranty-related issues unless specified otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
Digidukan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the purchased product.
Prohibited Uses
Users are prohibited from using Digidukan for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, spreading harmful software, or violating intellectual property rights.
Modifications to Terms
Digidukan reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
